Gloss black. An aerodynamic frame. Enve handlebars, stem and wheels. Speedplay pedals. Rotor cranks. The 2016 team-issue for South Africa’s first WorldTour team is a special bike. Others on the team have special 17-tooth jockey wheels and a few personal touches that were missing from Janse van Rensberg’s bike early in the year but it’s still an interesting combination of parts.

The fully built bike weighs in at 7.06kg and it certainly looks fast!

Here we present a few online extra’s that relate to the team bike feature in #RIDE71. (Read more about van Rensberg’s Cervélo on p.74.)
