Departs from: The 2012 event departed from an operations centre in Bormio at 7.30am on 3 June. All riders had to be on the Passo dello Stelvio by 2.30pm to remain in the event.

Distance: Long Course: 155km, 4,260m vertical gain.

Additional rides: Medium Course: 132km, 3,120m verical gain. This route avoids the Passo del Mortirolo, returning to Tirano after climbing to Teglio.

Notes: Competitors in this granfondo receive a Santini maglia rosa along with a voucher for the brand’s outlet store in Bergamo. A ‘Short Course’ will be added to the race route for 2013.
