2014 Official Tour de France Guide (Australian edition)

Since 2003, RIDE Media has published the Australian edition of the Official Tour de France Guide. The tradition continues in 2014 with a 240-page magazine complete with a giant pull-out poster featuring a giant map with the route for the 101st edition of the great race (60cm x 95cm). Our comprehensive team overview includes details of every rider eligible to start the race in 2014, information about the equipment used by each of the 22 teams, analysis from five-time winner Bernard Hinault about the chances of each squad and much more.

Our preview of the race route includes analysis of every stage, with full map details as well as profiles and listings of every sprint and every climb for the 3,660km loop around France. We consider the favourites each day, consider the history of each region, and offer commentary about the course by the new director of competition Thierry Gouvenou.

There is an exclusive interview with the 2013 Tour champion, Chris Froome, as well as features on other favourites for the title in 2014… and many other features to help you get a full understanding of the world’s biggest bike race.

Other publishers sell magazines about the Tour de France – but, in Australia, there is only one Official Tour de France Guide!

When it comes to cycling, the biggest race of all is the Tour de France. When it comes to the Tour de France, the best guide of all is the official one!
